As we sold our products our customers increasingly needed installation, training, configuration, documentation and a host of other services that not only made the products easier to use but also made the partners using them more effective. Our 9 years of A/V integration experience melded into live and on-demand streaming, digital signage, and many more applications beyond capture cards and video codecs. Today it's our expertise that's the most valuable thing we offer and we're proud to share it with you.
Onsite-Service and Warranties
Wide Area Media provides on-site service plans and warranties on everything we do meaning if anything goes wrong, from an unplugged cable to a change on your network, Wide Area Media will examine the issue and fix the problem. We also offer manufacturer warranties and programs to keep those warranties up to date so if you experience a hardware issue, you can get a replacement unit ASAP and be up and running quickly.
